Novotel Dubai Al Barsha and ApartHotel Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha have appointed Kseniya Mamedova as cluster front office manager, welcoming an experienced hospitality professional known for her guest-centric approach and strong operational leadership.
Part of the global Accor portfolio, the two properties form one of Dubai's most dynamic hospitality clusters.
In her new role, Mamedova will oversee front office operations across the 666-room hotels and serviced apartments, ensuring seamless service delivery for business travellers, leisure guests and long-stay residents alike.
With a background rooted in guest relations and a genuine passion for travel, Mamedova is focused on creating thoughtful, personalised moments that make guests feel instantly at home. Alongside elevating the guest experience, she is equally committed to mentoring her team, strengthening cross-department collaboration and building an environment where colleagues feel supported and empowered to grow.
Mamedova holds a bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism and management from Uzbekistan and brings more than 15 years of front office experience with leading international hotel brands.
Much of her career has been shaped in Dubai, giving her a strong understanding of the local market and the evolving expectations of today's travellers. Her previous roles include duty manager at the 828-room Atana Hotel Dubai, followed by a key position with Rove Hotels, where she was part of the pre-opening team for Rove at the Park, supporting hiring, training, system setup and SOP development.
