Hilton Salwa Beach Resort & Villas has appointed Anders Groenholm as executive chef, marking a new chapter for the resort's culinary direction.

Groenholm brings more than 20 years of experience across luxury hotels and resorts in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Known for his globally influenced cooking style and people-first leadership approach, he joins the property at a time when it is continuing to strengthen its dining offer across multiple venues.

A graduate of the Copenhagen Hotel and Restaurant School, Groenholm has built a reputation for leading large kitchen teams and translating ambitious culinary concepts into consistent, guest-focused experiences. His work has previously been recognised through inclusion in the Hotelier Middle East Executive Chef Powerlist in both 2023 and 2024.

In his new role, Groenholm will oversee all culinary operations across the resort, with responsibility for driving innovation, maintaining quality standards and shaping the overall dining experience for guests.
