Dawne Brado has been appointed as Vice President, Development at MXR Hospitality

Extended stay hotel developer and property management firm MXR Hospitality (MXR) today named Dawne Brado as its inaugural Vice President, Development.

MXR is a strategic partnership of RREAF Holdings, a privately held, vertically integrated real estate investment and development firm, and renowned hospitality investor Phillip McNeill, Sr.  MXR Hospitality CEO Brent McDowell and President Eric Watts made the announcement. 

As Vice President, Development, Dawne will support construction funding management and processing across the MXR portfolio.  

Prior to joining MXR Hospitality, Dawne spent more than eight years on the construction lending side of commercial real estate, including helping manage a $200MM+ construction loan portfolio. Before her banking career, Dawne worked at a well-known Dallas-based law firm, where she prepared loan documents for closings and drafted materials related to loan restructurings, workouts, and foreclosures.
