Stephen Nickerson has been appointed as Vice President, Operations – The Americas at Outrigger Hospitality Group
OUTRIGGER Hospitality Group today announced the appointment of Stephen “Steve” Nickerson as Vice President, Operations – The Americas, effective March 16, 2026. In this role, Nickerson will oversee hotel operations across the Americas, ensuring consistent service excellence and strong financial performance while aligning property-level activities with company goals and brand standards.
Nickerson most recently served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Midas Hospitality, where he oversaw a national portfolio of multi-branded properties and partnered closely with ownership groups on operational strategy, performance and capital projects.
He brings extensive hospitality leadership experience spanning full-service, select-service and extended-stay hotels, including senior operations roles at Sonesta Hotel Corporation and InterContinental Hotels Group, as well as earlier leadership positions with Candlewood Suites.
