Rafael Serrato has been appointed as Regional Director of Revenue Management at Parable Hospitality
Parable Hospitality, a West Coast-based management partner overseeing a portfolio of independent and soft-branded hotels continues to build on its strategic evolution with the appointment of aseasoned hospitality leader to its corporate team - Rafael Serrato joins as regional director of revenue management.
Rafael Serrato joins Parable Hospitality with more than a decade of experience in revenue management operations and multi-unit management, with key strengths in forecasting, rate analysis, pricing and team development. He arrives at Parable from Marriott Vacation Worldwide, where he served as area director of revenue management overseeing revenue strategy for a 10-property portfolio. Prior to Marriott, he held director of revenue management roles at Hotel Angeleno, and Holiday Inn LAX, both in Los Angeles. Serrato will oversee revenue strategy across Parable’s properties, ensuring data-driven decision-making and alignment between pricing, demand forecasting, and long-term asset performance.
