Aethos, Europe's fastest-growing lifestyle hospitality brand, has appointed Eleni Koussoroplis as Group Director of Membership, strengthening its leadership team as it continues to expand its integrated hotel and private members' club platform across Europe and beyond. The appointment reinforces Aethos's focus on building a brand defined by community, creativity and operational excellence across both city and retreat destinations.
Eleni brings a decade of experience building relationship-led membership communities across lifestyle and cultural environments. At Aethos, she will lead the development and scaling of the brand's membership platform, shaping how spaces, programming and technology come together to create meaningful, lasting communities. She most recently led membership at Maslow's in London.
Eleni Koussoroplis has spent over a decade shaping membership-led communities across private members' clubs, philanthropic networks and hospitality-driven workspaces. Her work sits at the intersection of commercial strategy and human connection — building environments that prioritise long-term engagement, cultural relevance and a strong sense of belonging. Most recently, she served as Director of Membership at Maslow's in London, contributing to the development of concepts including Mortimer House and 1 Warwick, where she focused on building engaged, experience-led communities.
Aethos currently operates destinations and private members' clubs in Ericeira, Lisbon, London, Mallorca, Milan, Monterosa, Saragano and Sardinia, including two distinct locations in Mallorca, with additional openings in development across Europe.
