Ntina Cooper has joined U.S. Travel Association (USTA) as Senior Vice President of Operations

The U.S. Travel Association today announced the hiring of Ntina K. Cooper as Senior Vice President of Operations, bringing seasoned leadership to advance the association’s strategic priorities.

Cooper brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across operations, strategy and enterprise transformation. 

In her new role, Cooper will serve as a member of the organization’s leadership team and oversee Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology and Legal—ensuring the association’s core functions are aligned, integrated and built to support long-term growth.

Cooper most recently served as Executive Assistant Commissioner for Enterprise Services at U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), where she led a nationwide organization of more than 4,000 employees delivering mission-critical services across procurement, human capital, information technology and facilities. She has held senior leadership roles across CBP and the Department of Homeland Security. Cooper holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and a master’s degree from DePaul University. 

Ntina Cooper is an alumnus of DePaul University – Class of 2004.
