Sara Harper has been appointed as Head of Marketing at Kohler Co.

Kohler Hospitality is pleased to announce the appointment of Sara Harper as Head of Marketing. In her new role, Harper will oversee marketing strategy across Kohler Hospitality, guiding the continued growth and positioning of its portfolio of destinations in Kohler, Wisconsin; Green Bay, Wisconsin; Chicago, Illinois; and St. Andrews, Scotland. Additionally, Harper will lead initiatives that amplify the brand’s storytelling, drive year-round engagement, and elevate the guest experience across these world-class destinations.

Harper joins Kohler Hospitality from Peregrine Hospitality, where she recently served as Vice President and was recognized for her transformational leadership and ability to align brand vision with measurable results. Her experience spans lodging, wellness, culinary, and destination-driven experiences. Known for being instrumental in bringing heritage brands to life across every touchpoint, Harper also held the role of Director of Marketing at the iconic Hotel del Coronado. During her time, she led a $550 million master plan repositioning, guided a multi-year brand evolution, launched luxury concepts including Shore House at The Del and Beach Village, and implemented digital strategies to attract high-yield travelers.
