Ajay Vaid has been appointed as Regional General Manager VIC/TAS/SA at TFE Hotels

TFE Hotels has announced the appointment of Ajay Vaid as Regional General Manager VIC/TAS/SA, reinforcing the group's operational leadership as it continues to grow its portfolio across Australia and New Zealand.

Vaid joins TFE Hotels from Accor, where he most recently served as Cluster General Manager. In that role, he oversaw a growing portfolio of hotels and led the large-scale refurbishment and repositioning of Novotel Brighton Beach into an MGallery Luxury Collection hotel, a transformation that included the launch of Greek speciality restaurant Ammos and planning for four additional venues as part of the integrated resort.

With more than 20 years' experience across both resort and corporate hotels, Vaid brings a strong operational focus and a proven ability to lead complex portfolios to his new role. He commenced with TFE Hotels on 14 May 2026.

Ajay Vaid is an alumnus of Pacific International Hotel Management School (PIHMS) – Class of 1999.
