Gavin Burns has been appointed as Vice President of Business Development & Acquisitions at Gravity Haus

Gravity Haus, the award-winning adventure-lifestyle hospitality brand and membership club, today announced the appointment of Gavin Burns as Vice President of Business Development & Acquisitions. Burns joins the company following Gravity Haus’ recent acquisition of management agreements for three former LOGE properties — Westport, Washington; Missoula, Montana; and Alta Crystal Resort near Mount Rainier — further accelerating the brand’s strategic growth across the American West.

Gavin Burns

In his new role, Burns will lead Gravity Haus’ expansion strategy, overseeing acquisitions, management agreements, licensing opportunities and strategic partnerships that support the company’s continued evolution as a leading adventure hospitality platform.

Burns brings nearly a decade of experience with LOGE Camps, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions & Business Development. During his tenure, he helped shape LOGE’s national expansion strategy, sourcing and executing hotel acquisitions, leading development initiatives and cultivating partnerships that strengthened the brand’s presence in outdoor recreation markets across North America.

Prior to joining Gravity Haus, Burns held several leadership roles at LOGE Camps, including Director of Acquisitions & Business Development, Head of Business Development and Real Estate Development Director. Across those positions, he led market expansion efforts, oversaw property feasibility and development analysis, managed national renovation and design initiatives, and built strategic relationships with investors, developers, operators and outdoor industry partners.

In addition to acquisitions, Burns previously worked in real estate development, oversaw retail partnerships, experiential activations, sponsorships and brand collaborations, helping create immersive guest experiences rooted in local outdoor culture and community connection.

The appointment comes at a pivotal moment for Gravity Haus as the company continues to scale its portfolio of hotels, membership clubs and adventure-focused experiences throughout the Western United States.

Gavin Burns is an alumnus of Cornell | Executive and Professional Education – Class of 2023.
