Catherine West has been promoted to General Manager at Brush Creek Ranch
Brush Creek Ranch, the award-winning luxury ranch destination in Wyoming's Platte River Valley, announced today the promotion of Catherine West to General Manager of Lodge & Spa at Brush Creek Ranch. A Wyoming native, West has built her career with the Ranch across multiple leadership roles, demonstrating a deep commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
West first joined Brush Creek Ranch as Event Manager from 2018 to 2019 and returned in 2021 as Event Director, where she led all event operations across the Ranch’s luxury properties – Lodge & Spa, Magee Homestead, French Creek, and Platte Canyon Glamping – in addition to The Farm at Brush Creek, which is home to the award-winning, fine-dining restaurant, Cheyenne Club. In this role, she oversaw weddings, corporate retreats, and signature Ranch events, managing budgets, vendors, communication strategies, and on-site execution.
She was later promoted to Director of Guest Experience, assuming leadership of all Room Operations along with Event Management. In this role, West was instrumental in elevating service standards, enhancing the full guest experience, and driving alignment across departments to deliver a seamless luxury hospitality experience. Now serving as General Manager of Lodge & Spa (the flagship and largest property), West is responsible for overall leadership and performance, guiding strategic operations while continuing to foster authentic Western hospitality.
