Hannah Martin has been appointed as Head of Sales UK & Europe at Lighthouse Hotel Management

Lighthouse Hotel Management is delighted to announce the appointment of Hannah Martin as Head of Sales UK & Europe, bringing with her two decades of hospitality experience and a reputation for delivering commercial success without ever losing sight of the people behind the numbers.

Starting her career in hotels at grassroots level as a banqueting waitress at age 16, Hannah has spent the last 24 years working her way through the industry, learning every corner of the business along the way. From coordinating events and supporting sales teams to leading multi-property commercial strategies across the UK, her journey has been anything but conventional.

Most recently, Hannah held the position of Area Director of Sales — North with Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA, where she was responsible for driving revenue growth across a portfolio of hotels throughout the North of England. Known for her ability to build long-term client relationships, identify untapped opportunities, and motivate teams to exceed expectations, she has consistently delivered strong commercial results in highly competitive markets.

Those who have worked alongside her will tell you that her success comes from a straightforward philosophy: people buy from people. Whether working with global corporate accounts, government contracts, local businesses, or event organisers, she has built a career on being authentic, approachable, and fiercely committed to delivering value.

In her new role, Hannah will lead Lighthouse Hotel Management's UK and Europe sales strategy, supporting the company's exciting growth plans, whilst driving the team and strengthening relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders nationwide. Forthcoming hotel openings include Hotel Alexandra Rome Vignette Collection, Kimpton Turks & Caicos and InterContinental Turks & Caicos, which follow the recent opening of Hotel Indigo Grace Bay Turks & Caicos in March 2026.

When she's not talking hotels, strategy, or sales, Hannah can usually be found planning her next travel adventure utilising her staff perks, discovering great food and wine, or spending time with family, friends, and her much-loved OAP German Shorthaired Pointer, Theo.
