Jennifer Boyce-Heller has been appointed as Senior Vice President of Accounting at Azul Hospitality Group
Boyce-Heller will oversee Azul's accounting organization, bringing extensive experience in hospitality finance, owner reporting, treasury, and shared-services accounting. Copeland brings more than 25 years of hospitality leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence, building high-performing teams, and delivering strong commercial results across Marriott-, Hyatt-, and Hilton-branded hotels.
Boyce-Heller joins Azul from Sage Hospitality Group, where she most recently served as Vice President of Property & Investment Accounting. During her tenure at Sage, she held multiple leadership roles, ultimately leading the company's enterprise accounting platform. She oversaw financial reporting, treasury, internal controls, owner and lender reporting, capital account management, and joint venture accounting, while leading a team of 19 accounting professionals.
