Gary Mills has been appointed as Senior Vice President, Acquisitions at NewcrestImage, LLC
Dallas-based NewcrestImage has named Gary Mills to lead its acquisition strategy in the newly-created position of Senior Vice President, Acquisitions. He brings more than 45 years of robust experience in hotel real estate which includes serving as Vice President, Real Estate with NewcrestImage from 2015 to 2020 when he helped double the size of the company’s portfolio.
Mills has held numerous executive leadership roles, notably as Regional Vice President, Franchise Sales Development for the Cambria Hotel brand at Choice Hotels. He also helped launch the Hilton Garden concept in 1996 for Hilton Worldwide.
In addition, he was a Vice President with Hunter Advisors and provided consulting services to hotel owners and developers as founder of Gary C. Mills Hotels, LLC.
Since its establishment in 2013, NewcrestImage has conducted transactions totaling more than $3 billion involving nearly 300 hotels and almost 32,000 hotel rooms in 130 communities nationwide. The company, which currently owns more than 45 hotels, is known for its powerful commitment to innovative design, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction.
