Elizabeth Herzberg has been appointed as Senior Vice President of Development at PM Hotel Group
PM Hotel Group, a Top-15 hotel management company celebrating 30 years in 2026, announces the appointment of Elizabeth Herzberg as Senior Vice President, Development. In the role, Herzberg will lead efforts to expand the company's management portfolio, strengthen ownership relationships and support execution of PM Hotel Group's long-term growth strategy.
Herzberg joins PM Hotel Group's Growth + Development team from Mint House, the residential hospitality operator acquired by Kasa in January 2026. As one of Mint House's early growth leaders, she helped build and scale the company's development platform to more than 30 upper-upscale hotels across 25-plus U.S. markets, an effort that culminated in a successful sale of the company. Her background also includes commercial real estate advisory, capital markets, investor relations and transaction support through prior roles at CBRE and Transwestern.
As Senior Vice President of Development, Herzberg will be a key leader in sourcing and executing new management opportunities, working directly with ownership groups and brand partners to add branded and independent hotels to PM Hotel Group's growing portfolio. Her appointment comes at a time when the company is strategically expanding across the country, with new hotel deals in key markets including coastal Florida, New York, Hawaii, California, Oregon, and the Mountain States.
