Carl Ridgley has been appointed as Head of Hospitality UK at Cushman & Wakefield
Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Carl Ridgley as Head of Hospitality UK, expanding his leadership responsibilities across Valuation & Advisory, Capital Markets and Operator Selection.
In his new role, Ridgley will lead the team, working closely with Andrew Horder, as well as with Fred Le Fichoux, who leads the EMEA Hospitality team, and colleagues across Cushman & Wakefield's wider platform to deliver integrated solutions spanning investment, financing, valuation, operator selection and strategic advisory services.
The appointment comes as the UK hospitality sector continues to demonstrate strong momentum. We look forward to announcing further additions to the team in the coming months. Carl Ridgley, Head of Hospitality UK, at Cushman & Wakefield
