Mandi Ross has been appointed as Vice President of Operations, Sales Max at Dellisart LLC
Dellisart LLC, a leading national hotel ownership, management, and development company, announced today that Mandi Ross has joined the company as Vice President of Operations, Sales Max. In this role, Ross will oversee the delivery and continued growth of Dellisart’s Sales Max services, working with hotel owners and property teams to strengthen sales strategies, expand account reach, and drive top-line performance.
Ross brings more than 25 years of hospitality experience spanning hotel operations, property-level sales, global account management, revenue strategy and portfolio leadership. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Sales & Revenue for GB Hotel Group, where she led sales, revenue management and marketing across a portfolio of Marriott, IHG and Wyndham-branded hotels.
Previously, Ross spent more than 13 years with Marriott International’s Global Sales Organization, where she led global extended-stay sales strategy and account relationships for major corporate clients across Marriott’s extended-stay brands. Earlier in her career, she held sales and operations leadership positions at Marriott-branded hotels, including serving as General Manager of TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Greenville, South Carolina.
Ross earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Wake Forest University. She also completed Marriott International’s Executive Excellence Training and serves on the Advisory Board of the Extended Stay Lodging Association.
