In the role, Villarreal will oversee financial operations across the company’s diverse hotel portfolio, driving consistency, accountability and transparency across centralized and property-level accounting functions to ensure prompt and accurate financial reporting in support of operational and ownership goals.
Prior to joining PM Hotel Group, Villarreal held senior finance leadership positions overseeing regional accounting teams and supporting large-scale hotel portfolios across North America, where he was recognized for building structure within high-volume environments, developing strong leadership teams and delivering reliable financial visibility to executive stakeholders.
As Vice President of Accounting, Villarreal will bring a disciplined, process-driven approach to managing PM Hotel Group’s complex, multi-property accounting environment. His focus will center on strengthening month-end close performance, enhancing financial controls and aligning accounting operations with the company’s broader goals, positioning the function as a strategic partner to operations rather than solely a reporting mechanism.
