Lindsey Silver has been appointed as Vice President of Sales at Beemok Hospitality Collection

Beemok Hospitality Collection (BHC), a premier owner and operator of purpose-driven hotels, restaurants, and cultural landmarks, today announces the appointment of Lindsey Silver as Vice President of Sales. In this corporate leadership role, Silver will oversee BHC’s portfolio-wide strategy, leading field and on-property sales teams, aligning commercial execution across key feeder markets, and driving strong financial performance.

Silver joins BHC with more than 15 years of distinguished experience driving sales and revenue strategy across ultra-luxury hotel portfolios. Most recently, she served as Executive Head of Sales, North America for Oetker Hotels, where she played a key role in advancing portfolio growth and strengthening the brand’s presence across priority markets. Her earlier career includes leadership roles at Pebble Beach Resorts and The Peninsula Hotels, where she helped build high-performing sales programs, cultivate key relationships, and support sustained commercial success.

At BHC, Silver will be responsible for developing cohesive commercial strategies that honor the individual identity and destination storytelling of each entity while driving group segment expansion and long-term asset value.

Silver holds a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University’s College of Communication where she was recognized on the inaugural Thirty Under 30 alumni honor list. She actively serves on community and industry boards, including extensive involvement as Co-Founder of AVANCE Collective.
