Hayato Nogaki has been appointed as Operations Director at Charlestowne Hotels
Charlestowne Hotels, a leading hospitality management company known for its diverse portfolio of lifestyle, independent and soft-branded hotels, today announces the appointment of Hayato Nogaki as Operations Director. In his new role, Nogaki will work closely with on-property teams and ownership groups to strengthen Charlestowne's rigorous operational standards, elevate team performance, and drive results across the company's portfolio of 60+ hotels.
Nogaki brings more than 25 years of progressive hospitality leadership experience across luxury hotels and resorts, with extensive experience in both on-property and above-property roles. Most recently, he led hotel operations in Honolulu, overseeing a complex transition while driving meaningful improvements in guest service and financial performance. He has also held senior leadership roles with Omni Hotels & Resorts, Salamander Hotels & Resorts, The Sanctuary at Kiawah Island Golf Resort, and The Resort at Pelican Hill, with experience spanning general management, operations, food and beverage, hotel openings, and transitions. Throughout his career, he has led teams through a wide range of operating environments, including the openings of Salamander Resort & Spa and NOPSI Hotel.
