Toan Ly has been named Chief Commercial Officer Hospitality at Andermatt Swiss Alps AG

Andermatt Hospitality Management has appointed Toan Ly as Chief Commercial Officer Hospitality, effective 1 November 2026. In his new role, Ly will oversee the group-wide commercial strategy across Sales, Marketing, PR, Revenue Management, Distribution and Digital Channels, reporting directly to James Lamb, CEO Hospitality.

Ly brings more than 15 years of international leadership experience across luxury hospitality and destination management, with a strong track record in commercial transformation, business turnaround and strategic growth. He has held senior leadership positions with Six Senses Crans-Montana, Grand Resort Bad Ragaz and Marriott International.

Most recently, Ly served as EAM Commercial & Deputy General Manager at Six Senses Crans-Montana, where he led the successful commercial transformation of the resort while contributing to the broader leadership and development of the hotel. His experience spans building and restructuring commercial teams, strengthening market positioning, developing new revenue opportunities and aligning commercial disciplines behind a clear strategic direction.

The appointment marks a return to Andermatt for Ly, who was part of the opening team of The Chedi Andermatt earlier in his career.

Ly is an alumnus of the École hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL) and holds an MBA.
