Chariss Kok has been promoted to Senior Vice President at HVS
HVS is pleased to announce the promotion of Chariss Kok to Senior Vice President, in recognition of her contributions and growing leadership within the organisation.
Chariss has played an instrumental role in advancing strategic initiatives, strengthening HVS’s market presence and driving team performance. In her new role, she will lead advisory service delivery while taking on a greater focus on business development, marketing and regional growth. Chariss has experience in hotel operations, hospitality consulting, and investment analysis in real estate. In HVS, Chariss is actively engaged in providing advisory services on hospitality assets comprising market research, feasibility studies, and valuations across the Asia Pacific. In her previous role prior to rejoining HVS, Chariss conducted market research and evaluation of investment opportunities in the living sector across Australia, Japan, and Singapore.
Chariss holds a Master's Degree from the National University of Singapore, a Bachelor's Degree from Glion Institute of Higher Education, and a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from Cornell University.
