Kevin Carty has been appointed as General Manager at ORA Hospitality
ORA Hospitality has appointed Kevin Carty as General Manager of Silversands Collection Grenada, where he will lead sister properties Silversands Grand Anse and Silversands Beach House. A Caribbean hospitality leader with extensive luxury resort experience, Carty brings expertise in strategic leadership, operations, financial performance, team development and guest experience.
Carty's leadership centres on people. He builds high-performing teams and service cultures grounded in genuine, personalised hospitality. An Anguilla native, he is deeply committed to developing Caribbean hospitality talent and creating long-term career opportunities for people across the region.
Carty joined Silversands in October from the MICHELIN-keyed Mandarin Oriental, Canouan in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, where he served as General Manager. His career also includes three years as General Manager of Aurora Anguilla Resort & Golf Club, where he oversaw significant expansion projects, and the role of Resort Manager at Cap Juluca, A Belmond Hotel in Anguilla, where he led the property to a Forbes Five-Star rating.
