Linchi Kwok is a World's Top 2% Scientist, an author, and a professor at The Collins College of Hospitality Management at Cal Poly Pomona. He distinguishes himself through high-impact scholarly activities in the global hospitality community, innovative research and teaching approaches, and exceptional citizenship behaviors in the organizations he serves.

His research won several best paper awards at academic conferences. In 2024, he became the first faculty member at the Collins College to receive Cal Poly Pomona's Provost Award for Excellence in Scholarly and Creative Activities.

Before moving to Southern California, Linchi worked at Syracuse University, Rochester Institute of Technology, Texas Tech University, and Marriott International.

Linchi is council member of the Living Hospitality: Talent & Culture panel, and panel expert of the Digital Marketing in Hospitality panel.
