Iñigo Capell is a senior talent and transformation executive with 20 plus years of experience leading HR, culture and change in multinational organisations. Former Chief Resources Officer at NH Hotel Group, he has also worked with brands including Comcast, BBVA and Hewlett Packard, and specialises in digital transformation and M and A integration.

He holds a master’s degree in law and business and executive education from IESE, is fluent in Spanish and English, and serves as Vice Chairman of AEDRH.
