Jayanti Jayanti is a Senior Lecturer in Hospitality Management at the University of West London and a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. She specialises in embedding inclusive practices and employability skills within hospitality education.

With extensive experience in both academia and industry, she focuses on student-centred teaching that blends operational knowledge with strategic insights, preparing graduates for successful careers in a dynamic sector. Jayanti’s research interests centre on neurodiversity employment in hospitality, sustainable operations, and service excellence.

She is also actively engaged in knowledge exchange initiatives, working closely with industry partners to enhance curriculum relevance and drive meaningful impact for students, employers, and the wider community.
