With over 18 years of experience in the People Services and Operations, Tulay is a result-focused leader with a dedication to creating cultures that promote continuous business growth and cultivate guest loyalty by empowering and motivating employees to realize their full potential and their best to do the job.

Having started her career at Hilton, Tulay brings many years of experience in talent management and community work, especially in, inclusivity of Gen Z and creating opportunities for people with disadvantages.

She has been invited to present her project ”Integrating people with Down syndrome into the workforce” at the United Nations Headquarters in 2018. Tulay holds a Human Resources Management Degree. She lives in Istanbul and London and enjoys spending time with her two children.
