Dr. Quynh Nguyen is a Lecturer in Hospitality Management at Bournemouth University Business School. Quynh is interested in emerging forces reshaping hospitality from Emotional Intelligence and cultural dynamics to shifting workforce expectations. Her work experience in the hospitality industry keeps her perspective grounded in operational challenges and evolving guest behaviours. She has contributed to research projects funded by the British Academy, ESRC, and MSCA, offering data-driven insights into how businesses can adapt to changing service and labour trends. In an EU-funded FoodMAPP project, she examines sustainability innovations transforming food systems and future hospitality operations in the UK and Europe.
