Brendan  Cronin

Brendan Cronin worked for luxury hotels in Ireland, Switzerland, Togo, Thailand, Macao, Malaysia, and Singapore before accepting a hospitality management professorship lasting twenty-six years in the US. His research areas include employee motivation, transversal skills, leadership, and entrepreneurship. The author of Cheffin’, from Potatoes to Caviar, a memoir and travelogue, Brendan is currently a Visiting Professor at Les Roches Global Hospitality Education in Switzerland.
