Karin Raguin is Chief Human Resources Officer at Kempinski Hotels, where she leads the global people strategy for one of the world’s most iconic luxury hospitality brands. With over 25 years of international experience, she operates at the intersection of talent, culture, and business transformation, shaping organizations to be both high-performing and human-centric.

Prior to Kempinski, Karin held senior leadership roles within LVMH, including SVP HR for China, where she led large-scale teams and drove innovation in talent and HR practices across complex markets.

Karin is also a co-author and a strong advocate for sisterhood and gender equality. She is the founder of the LVMH Alumnae network, a global community designed to foster connection, support, and opportunity among women in Luxury beyond corporate boundaries. Through her work, she champions more inclusive leadership models and the power of collective growth.
