Lorraine Hanson

Ms. Hanson is a qualitative researcher in the fields of Marketing and Management and a Global MBA candidate at The George Washington University School of Business. Her background includes overseeing marketing and international sales for a company serving luxury hotels in Costa Rica, as well as acting as a liaison between corporate partners and community initiatives in the non-profit field. Currently working in the hospitality industry, she continues to explore the intersection of hospitality and community building. Her research experience is grounded in qualitative data analytics and systematic literature review methods, where she applies analytical rigor to investigate trends at the nexus of marketing, management, and tourism. Her passion lies in fostering experiences that create a genuine sense of belonging while supporting local development and environmental responsibility.
