Adam Frost is a hospitality learning and development leader known for shaping transformative training and talent strategies across global hospitality brands. With experience spanning higher education, operations, and corporate learning, he has contributed to industry-defining initiatives at OTG Management, Levy Restaurants, Lobster Ink, and Les Roches. As a lead consultant for the Marriott-Starwood learning integration, he played a pivotal role in the largest training rollout the hospitality sector has seen, reaching more than 670,000 learners worldwide. A Cambridge University Press Teacher Research Grant recipient and AHLA Certified Hospitality Educator, Mr. Frost brings a unique blend of academic rigour and operational insight to every project. His work extends internationally, including visibility efforts in China, as well as community-focused contributions such as supporting youth culinary education in New York City. He has collaborated with industry leaders to design the MA LXHM and BA LXHM curricula and remains actively engaged with the American Hotel and Lodging Association. His career reflects a deep commitment to elevating talent, strengthening hospitality education, and empowering the next generation of industry professionals.
