Spearheaded by Director of Safety and Security Pedro Galvez, who has nearly 20 years of experience in hospitality and security, The Elser has upgraded its security with the Salto access control system, a digital key solution that enhances guest safety and operational efficiency through real-time access monitoring and customizable credentialing. This keyless entry system ensures that only authorized individuals can access designated areas, while providing guests with added convenience. To improve emergency response, the hotel uses GPS-enabled relay radios with integrated panic buttons, linking security staff directly to a central command center for rapid escalation and coordinated action.
