Kosherfest '06

For the 6,143 food and beverage professionals who visited Kosherfest ’05 at New York’s Javits Center on November 15-16, 2005, the biggest change at the event was the unprecedented presentation of the exhibitors. In its 17th year, most of the exhibitors featured beautiful modular displays with many new products and new packaging. For visitors who have been coming to the show for years, this year’s Kosherfest was a reflection of just how far the industry had come in just the last 5 years. This year’s event was co-located with the International Hotel and Motel Show at the Javits Center, but in the Kosherfest hall, said one visitor who had been to both shows, “it sure looked like everyone is kosher.”
