HSMAI Europe's Fall Curate 2022 will take place at London Hilton on Park Lane on Wednesday, 9th November. We will start the day with lunch at 12:00 pm, before we kick off the programme with Accor at 1:00 pm. At 6:00 pm we will wrap up with networking and drinks.
HSMAI's Fall Curate 2022 will focus on how to design and build a commercial- centric organization that is strategically designed to optimize profits.
The evolution within the hospitality industry to break down silos between commercial disciplines — especially sales, marketing, revenue management, and distribution — has accelerated. And the emergence of the word "commercial" in titles at the property and corporate levels has created much conversation about strategy, organizational design, and scope in recent months.
