The Latin American Hospitality Summit 2027 marks a new chapter in the evolution of one of Mexico’s most relevant hospitality industry gatherings. Building on the success of the Mexican Hospitality Summit, which brought together more than 400 industry professionals, over 50 speakers and panelists, and more than 25 national and international exhibitors in 2026, the event now expands its vision and reach across Latin America.
Taking place on May 4, 5, and 6, 2027, at Fiesta Americana Mérida, the Summit will bring together hospitality leaders, hotel owners, investors, developers, operators, tourism experts, consultants, architects, brands, and decision-makers from across the region. Designed as a platform for connection, insight, and business development, the event will explore the trends, challenges, and opportunities shaping the future of hospitality and tourism in Latin America.
The 2027 edition will focus on key industry themes including hotel investment, luxury travel, wellness, sustainability, technology, artificial intelligence, branding, guest experience, and the next generation of hospitality projects. Through conferences, panel discussions, networking opportunities, and an exhibition area, the Summit will foster strategic conversations and create meaningful opportunities for collaboration among the region’s most influential industry players.
