Cornell General Managers Program Capstone (GMP)

Cornell's General Managers Program Capstone programmes are intensive, on campus learning experiences that mark the culmination of the world renowned GMP journey for hotel general managers and their immediate successors. Held twice a year at the Cornell Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration in Ithaca, New York, the capstones immerse participants for several days in advanced hospitality management topics, strategic leadership, and real world case work alongside a global peer group. Through highly interactive sessions with Cornell faculty and fellow executives, participants refine their strategic thinking, strengthen their leadership capabilities, and leave with practical action plans and an expanded international network to support the next stage of their career.
