DTCM hosts seminar for Hospitality Trainers

The Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) organized a seminar for the Hospitality Trainers of five-star hotels at the Dubai Cruise Terminal recently. The DTCM Executive Director Human Resources and Training Solutions, Mr. Ibrahim Yaqoot, said the aim of the seminar was to educate and update their knowledge about how to attract, develop and retain talent in the hospitality properties.
