Abu Dhabi's ADIA Buys 10.9% Hyatt Hotels Common Stock | wsj.com

Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, one of the world's largest sovereign wealth funds, has bought 10.9% of Hyatt Hotels Corp. (H) shares floated by the company, a filing showed Tuesday. The fund, also known as ADIA, bought 4.76 million Hyatt Class A common stock shares in the hotel chain, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The stake brings ADIA's shareholding in the overall company to just under 3%.
