I recently interviewed Frank Laino, who is the Concierge at The Stafford London. He’s been in the hotel business for 25 years, the last 20 as a concierge, though he looks far too young for his CV (I’ll get round to just how he manages this later in this post). He says of The Stafford, “We have a higher percentage of guests who use the concierge than many other hotels I’ve been associated with.
