SLS Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Beverly Hills, for example, was recently named the best hotel in the world by Conde Nast Traveler's Reader's Choice Awards. With such a saturated market, I was curious about how this property managed to stand out from the rest.

With such a saturated market, I was curious about how this property managed to stand out from the rest.
To do that, I tapped Christophe Thomas, the general manager at the hotel, to share more on how, in just one year, the hotel was able to secure some of the most exclusive awards. That includes recognition of Somni (which received two Michelin stars) and The Bazaar by José Andrés in the inaugural 2019 Michelin Guide California, becoming the only hotel in California with two Michelin Guide-listed restaurants.
