Using audience response technology, the attendees at this session will have an opportunity to express their views about what the look and feel of a hotel in the early part of the 21st century should be. We will then compare those responses against the results of an HFTP commissioned poll, which asked independent travelers the same questions. Finally, we will analyze the implications of the opinions of those two different constituencies.
John J. Cahill, CHTP, CHA, is chief information officer for Manhattan East Suite Hotels, the chair for the 2000-2001 HITEC Advisory Council, a member of the HFTP International Hospitality Technology Hall of Fame, and is president-elect of HFTP.
