Roger Carlson - Profile
Roger Carlson joined SAFLOK in July 2000, bringing nearly 20 years experience in general management, operations, logistics, material procurement and financial analysis.
Mr. Carlson previously served as executive vice president of Mascos Melard Manufacturing Company, where he implemented strategic planning, process improvements and training programs that resulted in improved organizational performance and increased sales and operating income. He played a key role in product development, spearheading introduction of an average of 20 products a year for three years.
Mr. Carlson's educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics/Business. He has co-authored several plumbing and hardware patents. He is involved in the American Hospitality Foundation (AHF), American Hotel and Lodging Association (AHLA), Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME), National Association of Purchasing Management (NAPM) and American Production and Inventory Control Society (APIC).
