Ligouri joined The Westin Riverfront family in 2011 to serve as a Spa Anjali Supervisor and has continuously worked her way up by proving that she is ready for the next challenge. Ligouri began her spa career at the Vail Cascade’s Aria Spa; she also started and operated a small company called Rocky Mountain Reindeer with her now husband, where she learned the importance of effective operations and administration.

Middaugh has been serving as the Director of Spa Anjali since 2013. A graduate of Central Michigan University, Middaughpreviously served as the Spa Director at the Vail Cascade Resort. Under her leadership, Spa Anjali has earned many industry kudos, including being named one of the “Top 25 U.S. Spas” by Conde Nast Traveler, a “Favorite Green Spa” by American Spa Magazineand a “Top Green Spa” by Organic Spa Magazine. In her new position, Middaugh will be joining The Westin Riverfront’s Executive Committee and also overseeing the Athletic Club at The Westin, which offers more than 60 group exercise classes per week, along with extensive special wellness programming, including yoga workshops, triathlete training sessions and nutrition counseling.

Most recently she held the position of Executive Director of Spa and Sports for Canyon Ranch, Tucson. Prior to that she held executive positions onboard by the Queen Mary 2 and Regent Seven Seas Voyager under the Canyon Ranch brand – with a combined 9 years of experience at the company. She began her spa career as a massage therapist with Steiner Transocean as the youngest crew member onboard the Sun Princess during its inaugural season. She’s spent the last 20 years furthering her career by growing and leading teams in resorts, onboard cruise ships, and in boutique hotels and day spas.
Virginia Elisa Cogliati è stato nominato Spa Director presso Al Baleed Resort Salalah by Anantara
In her current role, Cogliati is responsible for overseeing the operations of the spa, which includes five treatment rooms alongside separate wet areas for males and females, relaxation areas, a Thai massage suite and nail spa. She leads a team of skilled therapists to offer guests an array of massages, scrubs, facials and wraps, designed to showcase a blend of Arabian and Asian traditions, with many treatments using indigenous produce such as frankincense and pomegranates, harvested from the local area. She is also responsible for the resort’s 'Balance' programme, which offers bespoke wellness packages to target guests’ specific needs, whether it is weight management, revitalisation, relaxation or detox.

Most recently she served as the General Manager of Allegria, Spa Anjali and the Athletic Club at The Westin, all of which won numerous awards, including being named to the “Top 25 Spas in the World” list by Conde Nast Traveler. A graduate of Boston College, Steinke is a former board member of the Green Spa Network who also helped develop the Spa at the Ritz Carlton in Lake Tahoe, California and Moonlight Spa in Big Sky, Montana. She also previously served as the General Manager of Vail’s Aria Spa & Club. In her new position, Steinke will continue to oversee the overall vision, direction and financial attributes of East West Destination Hospitality’s managed spa and club operations, including Spa Anjali, Allegria, the Viceroy Spa in Snowmass and the Vitality Center in Vail. In addition, she will play a key role in the creation of new East West Destination Hospitality spas and fitness club concepts in Hawaii, Denver and Snowmass.
