Kimberly Virtuoso, who joined Fontainebleau Las Vegas in 2022 as Vice President of People, has been elevated to Senior Vice President of People. Mrs. Virtuoso is overseeing the resort's human resources strategy and recently launched the online recruitment portal that will lead to the hiring of thousands of future Fontainebleau Las Vegas employees - known as MEMBERS. Mrs. Virtuoso is a certified HR leader who previously served as Executive Director of Corporate Human Resources for MGM Resorts International. She is also an instructor in the University of Nevada, Las Vegas Continuing Education department.

Born in the Netherlands, Monique Dekker began her career with Hyatt more than 25 years ago at Grand Hyatt New York. After numerous posts across Hyatt properties in Tokyo, Düsseldorf, Chicago and Singapore, she took on the coveted role of General Manager at the Park Hyatt Vienna, one of the group's most iconic properties in Europe.
