Unique Hotels & Resorts Selects xenon®CRS Central Reservation System Hotel Data Systems To Install CRS For Luxury Hotel Chain
Norwalk, CT, August 13, 1999: - Hotel Data Systems announced that Unique Hotels & Resorts, based in New York, NY has selected the xenon®CRS central reservation system for use in their central reservation call center in New York City. Unique Hotels & Resorts operate a collection of boutique hotels, recognized for personalized service, stylish ambience, value and features normally associated with more expensive hotels.

The xenon®CRS central reservation software will be implemented at the Unique Hotels Reservations center to manage all incoming reservation channels. Unique Hotels & Resorts will also implement the xenon®Web tools for on-line reservations. In addition, interfaces with RezSolutions for GDS connectivity, and a 2- way interface with the LanMARK PMS supplied by Eltrax Hospitality, will provide for a fully synchronized inventory. The feature rich xenon®CRS software, developed by Hotel Data Systems, will furnish Unique Hotels with a highly advanced and powerful Client/Server solution that is designed to help the Reservation Agent sell product.
The xenon®CRS has tangible depth in features and functionality and the ability to meet Unique Hotels & Resorts challenging requirements. The software will provide real time room and rate availability, to all point of sale locations.
