SecurFone America's IXATA.COM, Inc. Subsidiary Appoints New Senior Marketing and Sales Staff; Robert Steiner Appointed Acting President of IXATA.COM, Inc.

Aimee Gillespie joins IXATA.COM as Senior Director, Sales and Marketing with 14 years of experience in the travel industry, working for both travel management companies and hotel companies. Ms. Gillespie will be responsible for marketing RFP Express(SM) services to corporate accounts, hotel chain accounts and agency accounts in the Midwest Region. To further support the company's expanding business activities with strategic partners, Ms. Gillespie will also assume responsibility for managing relationships with key business partners including Rosenbluth International and Maritz Travel Company.

Ms. Gillespie's background includes work at World Travel Partners/BTI Americas, one of the world's largest travel management companies where, as Manager, Business Development, she was responsible for the business development for the hotel consulting group. Prior to joining World Travel Partners/BTI Americas, Ms. Gillespie was Worldwide Sales Manager for Park Hyatt Hotels and National Sales Manager at the Century Plaza Hotel and Tower.

Ms. Bachhofer joins IXATA.COM as Manager, Business Development. Ms. Bachhofer's background includes work as Regional Sales Manager for La Quinta Inns, Inc. and Corporate Sales Manager and Travel Agent Specialist for Doubletree Hotels. Ms. Bachhofer will assist in the development of strategic business relationships with on-line booking companies, reservation system providers, and similar companies. She will also assist in the development of the sales programs with IXATA.COM's travel management partners. Ms. Bachhofer received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from University of Texas at San Antonio.

Robert Steiner is a co-founder of IXATA.COM, Inc. and has more than 18 years management experience in the global hospitality industry.
