Six Continents Hotels Appoints Mike Goodson as Senior Vice President, Finance; Veteran Hotel Executive Brings Broad Scope of Experience to Americas

"Prior to being named senior vice president, finance, Americas, Goodson spent 13 years serving in a variety of senior finance management positions at Six Continents Hotels. These positions have included vice president, finance, Asia Pacific; vice president, corporate finance; and corporate controller. Prior to these roles, Goodson served for two years developing the Six Continents Hotels (then Bass Hotels & Resorts) worldwide tax team in Europe, and, prior to that, served as vice president, tax.

Goodson is a native of Ocala, Fla., and a graduate of the University of Florida. He is married to wife Ava and has two daughters, Abbey and Hannah.
