Horst H. Schulze To Speak At AH&LA Awards Program
Washington -- The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC former President and COO Horst H. Schulze is speaking at the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AH&LA) Stars of the Industry Awards Luncheon during the association's Annual Conference & Leadership Forum/The Lodging Expo, April 3-4, 2002, at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel and Pennsylvania Convention Center. Attendees will hear Schulze's thoughts on leadership, vision, customer service and loyalty, and corporate culture in the lodging industry. A long-time industry veteran, Schulze will share his knowledge and experience with hoteliers on how to transform their companies into innovative, customer-focused, and change-ready cultures.

The awards will be presented by one of the industry's "stars," Valerie Ferguson, general manager of the Loews Philadelphia Hotel and former AH&LA chairperson.
