Resort managers, investors, designers, architects and manufacturers must attend this session. Howard C. Nusbaum of American Resort & Development Association (ARDA) will moderate the panel including: Pete Kruse, Marriott Vacation Club International (MVCI); Mary Mahoney, Fairfield Resorts; and Antony Vereb, Starwood Vacation Ownership (SVO).

The 10 Most Frequent Mistakes in Documentation

The degree of success can make or break projects, careers and organizational productivity. This seminar will help participants take a positive and constructive approach to improving the quality of the documentation process. A panel of key industry leaders will share their knowledge on how to improve this critically important area industry-wide. John R.
